As much as we love pretty, fabulous marketing packaging,it costs the planet and future generations.
Branded boxes, packing paper, thank you notes all require processing, ink, ink cartridges etc, which adds ups to more garbage. We minimize extra packaging.
Pink Avenue, Eco Pink Skin Care products are presented in air tight, secure packaging and do not ship with extra boxing and wrap.

Free Shipping for Orders shipping to Canada/ USA $80.00+ (pretax)
Orders under $80.00 shipping to USA and Canada, select Canada Post / UPS shipping charges
apply at check out.
Discounts when applicable, cannot be combined against a single order. Free
Shipping minimum of $80.00 is the total after the application of a discount
code, before tax.

Orders ship in 24 - 48 hours
Monday to Friday if placed before 5:00pm
Sometimes a shipping delay may occur due to weather or shipment/stock delays.
You will be notified and given an estimated date of shipment.
Parcels are shipped via UPS
Most parcels take 2-5 business days for delivery.
For orders travelling to:
West Coast, Canada: 5 - 10 days
Northern Alberta, Manitoba,
Saskatchewan: 5 - 10 business days
GTA Toronto: 2-4 business days
USA: 6 -14 business days. Please note delays may occur due to local issues, customs or unforeseeable circumstances. All USA orders are shipped with tracking.
Please note, more remote destinations, rural zones may take longer.

Due to weather, local events, delays re Canada sometimes may occur, which are
circumstances beyond our control. You will always receive a tracking number for your shipment.

Be sure your shipping address is
accurate;
name, street, apartment #, buzzer code, postal code, contact information. An error in your submitted shipping address can delay a
parcel for days.
We ship with a signature request for orders valued 150.00+ and orders with an apartment number. If you are not home at time of delivery, your parcel may be left with your local UPS store for signature pick up.
You can opt out of signature by notifying us by email. We are not responsible for theft
of parcels left at your door.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Sometimes you change your mind and thats ok
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase,
unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you
received it.
It must also be in the original packaging in
perfect condition.
NON-returnable items:
Gift cards
Opened, used, tampered with skin
care or makeup.
Any item not in its original
condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more
than 30 days after delivery
How to return your purchase.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If an online purchase we require the order #. Please contact Suzie
suzie@pinkave.ca to request a return.With your email, send a photo of the item you would like to return. Once the return is approved for return, you will receive an authorization number.
When packaging your parcel mark RETURN # (authorization).
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Mail your return with a tracking number back to:

Refunds
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify
you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the
approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will
automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment,
within a certain amount of days, based on bank processing. You will
receive an email notification with the details of the refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund
is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing
time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable) & Gifts
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange
it for the same item, send us an email at suzie@pinkave.ca to request an exchange.
Gift Refund
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to
you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the
returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and she/he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may
take for your exchanged product to reach us, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
