HOW TO USE:
Apply morning and evening then follow with the cream.
The special dispensing cap allows one to choose if to dispense one or 2 drops of the serum. One drop for face only or specific area sof concern, 2 drops for face and neck. Apply and spread evenly; avoid over massaging the product a sit will ver quickly penetrate.
Once finished turn the cap counterclock wise to lock into place.

Climate change is on our mind. At Pink Avenue we do our best to minimize our foot print
when shipping your skin care to you. As much as we love pretty, fabulous marketing packaging, it costs the planet and future generations.
Branded boxes, packing paper, thank you notes all require processing, ink, ink cartridges etc, which adds ups to more garbage. We minimize extra packaging.
Pink Avenue, Eco Pink Skin Care products are presented in airtight, secure packaging and do not ship with extra boxing and wrap.
Free Shipping for Orders shipping to Canada/ USA $80.00+ (pre tax)
Orders under $80.00 shipping to USA and Canada, select Canada Post / UPS shipping charges apply at check out.
Discounts when applicable, cannot be combined against a single order. Free Shipping minimum of $80.00 is the total after the application of a discount code, before tax.
WHEN WILL YOUR ORDER SHIP?
• Orders ship in 24 - 48 hours Monday to Friday if placed before 5:00pm
• Sometimes a shipping delay may occur due to weather or shipment/stock delays.
You will be notified and given an estimated date of shipment.
Parcels are shipped via UPS
Most parcels take 2-5 business days for delivery.
For orders travelling to:
• West Coast, Canada: 5 - 10 business days
• Northern Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan: 5 - 10 business days
• GTA Toronto: 2 - 4 business days
• USA: 6 -14 business days. Please note delays may occur due to local issues, customs or unforeseeable circumstances. All USA orders are shipped with tracking.
Please note, more remote destinations, rural zones may take longer.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER VIA UPS
• Due to weather, local events, delays re Canada sometimes may occur, which are circumstances beyond our control.
• You will always receive a tracking number for your shipment.
www.ups.com tracking number will give you the latest information regarding your parcel. Occasionally tracking information may be delayed in real time.

STEPS TO ENSURE A TIMELY DELIVERY FOR YOUR REGION
• Be sure your shipping address is accurate; name, street, apartment #, buzzer code, postal code, contact information. An error in your submitted shipping address can delay a parcel for days.
• We ship with a signature request for orders valued 100.00+, orders with an apartment number. If you are not home at time of delivery, your parcel may be left with your local UPS store for signature pick up.
• We are not responsible for theft of parcels left at your door.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS.
SOMETIMES YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND, AND THAT IS OK!
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging in perfect condition.
Additional NON-returnable items:
• Gift cards
• Opened, used, tampered with skin care or makeup.
• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
How to return your purchase.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If an online purchase we require the order #.
1. Please contact Suzie - suzie@pinkave.ca to notify us for a return request.
2. With your email, include a photo of the item you would like to return.
3. Once the return is approved, you will receive an authorization number.
4. When packaging your parcel mark RETURN # (authorization).
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Mail your return with a tracking number back to:

Be sure to be accurate. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address information.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, based on bank processing. You will receive an email notification with the details of the refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at suzie@pinkave.ca and send your item to:

Gift Refund
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and she/he will find out about your return.
Shipping Back a Purchase
To return your product, mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach us, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
